Availability, support and advice

The Observer XT is installed in the Researchdata analysis room at the FSW and can be requested via the ISSC Helpdesk for your work computer. SOLO has license keys (basic and coder) available. For access, please contact SOLO at labsupport@fsw.leidenuniv.nl. SOLO provides only limited technical support for The Observer XT.
