Introduction

A research laptop can be borrowed from SOLO. This laptop can be used for data collection only, not for data analysis or experiment building purposes.

Software

E-Prime

E-Prime needs an active license for E-Studio to work. If you are connected to the University's network, this should not be a problem; you are then automatically connected to the University's license server. If you are still at FSW, you can connect the laptops to the NUWD-Laptop network.

If you are at home, you can connect to the University's network via Eduvpn.

You can use the runtime file of your experiment to conduct your research in the field later. For this runtime file, you do not need a license and therefore no network connection to the University.

You can recognize this runtime file by the extension EBS3.
