2023 Biopac Demonstration

Dear all,

LIBC and SOLO FSW are hosting a BIOPAC demonstration on Wednesday January 18th from 10.00 - 13.00, at the Pieter de la Court building room 1B01 (Living Lab).

In this workshop BIOPAC will demonstrate various hardware and software systems to record and analyze human physiology data (e.g. ECG, EMG, fEMG, EDA/GSR, respiration, skin temperature, blood pressure, etc.) With a special emphasis on:

- Virtual Reality, e.g. setting up a cutting-edge VR lab, combining eye tracking VR experiments with physiological measurements, and hands-on experience with VR-EYETRACK-SYS
- fNIRS and how to integrate fNIRS (and/or EEG) measurements into your experiments
- (Continuous) noninvase blood pressure monitoring

Please note that the main goal of this session is to explore the various options that Biopac can provide, and not so much an in-depth learning experience. However, if you have any questions regarding the use of Biopac systems, this would of course be a good opportunity to ask them.
